Concept and General Conditions

Hacienda Santa María Regla is a Rest Hotel, so its facilities are designed to offer tranquility and a traditional rustic atmosphere.

• The rooms do not have television or internet.
• Wi-Fi is only available in common areas, such as hallways and open spaces.
• Most of the areas are cobbled; comfortable footwear is recommended.
• The facilities are not suitable for elderly people or people with reduced mobility.
• Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with the appropriate documentation. Guests are responsible for their care, cleanliness, and safety.
• Rooms are assigned based on availability. If a specific location is desired, it must be indicated before making the reservation payment.

2. Internal Regulations

• Hacienda Santa María Regla is not responsible for lost items, including money, jewelry, documents, clothing or other valuables.
• Items left behind and stored at reception must be collected within 30 days; after this period they will be destroyed.
• Any damage to or loss of items provided by the hotel (towels, dishes, bedding, glasses, coffee makers, etc.) will be charged to the guest.
• Linens and towels are exclusively for body use; it is forbidden to use them for cleaning shoes, suitcases or other purposes.

3. Activities and Services

• Outdoor pool (ambient temperature) – Free for guests
• Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• “La Cascada” Restaurant – À la carte cuisine
• Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 am to 7:30 pm
• Friday and Saturday: 8:00 am to 9:30 pm
• Breakfast: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
• We do not offer room service.
• Historical tour of the Hacienda – Free
• Duration: ~40 minutes | Schedule: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Voluntary tips for guides
• Horseback riding – Additional cost, prior reservation required
• Board games – Security deposit $250 MXN
• They are requested at reception with official identification; they are returned upon return of the games.

4. Payment and Booking Conditions

• To guarantee the reservation, 100% of the total value must be paid by bank deposit, transfer or credit/debit card.
• A booking voucher will be sent, which must be presented at reception upon arrival.
• All bank receipts must be sent via WhatsApp before check-in; cash payments are not accepted without prior validation.
• Prices apply only to the dates and rooms booked.
• In case of no-show, there will be no refund.
• Special reservations (February 14, September 15, November 1 and 2, December 24 and 31) and special events (Medieval Show, Movie Night, themed dinners) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation Policies

• No refunds will be issued for any reason.
• Date changes are possible, subject to availability and rate adjustment, by notifying at least 72 hours in advance.
• For reservations with special rates (guests of social or business events), cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
• For special dates and events, only date changes are allowed, subject to availability and rate adjustment; there are no refunds.

6. Billing

• The guest has 72 hours (3 calendar days) from the issuance of the coupon to issue their invoice through the self-billing system using the QR code printed on the coupon.
• It is the guest's responsibility to verify that the tax information is correct before finalizing the process.
• After 72 hours, a CFDI will be automatically issued in the name of "General Public", without the possibility of re-invoicing or changes.
• If the online billing system fails, the guest must contact the Comptroller's Office within the same timeframe:

• No re-invoicing, nor changes to RFC, company name or payment method are made once the invoice has been issued.
• IT IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE TO VERIFY THAT THE DATA REGISTERED ON THE PLATFORM IS CORRECT, AS IT DOES NOT ALLOW THE REGISTRATION OF INCORRECT DATA; IF SO, THE PREVIOUS POINT APPLIES.

Horarios de Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In: 15:00 hrs
• Early arrivals can leave luggage in safekeeping.
• Early Check-In: $570 MXN, subject to availability; after that, additional half-board will be considered.
• Check-Out: 12:00 hrs
• Late Check-Out: $290 MXN per hour, subject to availability; after that, additional half-board will be considered.
